GlenMartin, located in Boonville, Missouri, a leading global manufacturer and integrator of communication towers and accessories, is seeking motivated self-starters to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Reps will work out of our Boonville, Missouri office to provide assistance to Outside Sales Representatives in their respective territories, and service existing account..

Customer Service Representatives will provide full assistance to customers, track the status of orders, and provide any service that customers and clients require. Reps will also be responsible for developing new leads within their territory, and will have to work closely with their assigned Outisde Sales Represntative to accomplish this. You will work to provide competitive quotes, win national bids, and provide superior customer service.

Strong communication and organization skills are a must. Logical ability is required, and must be demonstrated. The ability to handle customer service issues in a timely and proffesional matter also is key to the position. Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products, and type at least 45 WPM. General knowledge of construction, or mechanical ability, is a plus.
